Before a single design is drafted, we're on-site walking the space with your team. We don't just measure walls — we look for every possible location a graphic or sign could occupy. Whether it's a single office or a five-story campus, we inventory the full site so you know exactly what you're working with from day one.
The goal is simple: by the time your designers open a new file, the guesswork is already gone. Every surface is documented. Every constraint is noted. Every opportunity is mapped.

Once design intent is established, we return with the right tools — laser, LiDAR, or tape measure — and capture the exact numbers your production files require. We look for what your team can't see from the office: wall obstructions, substrate issues, structural seams, conduit chases, and any other hidden constraint that could derail a print-ready file.
Every bleed, every trim, every obstruction is documented before production begins. What your designers receive is a foundation of absolute accuracy.

Our involvement doesn't end when the measurements are delivered. We stay engaged through pre-production review to confirm that design intent holds up against site reality before anything goes to print. It's the final checkpoint between a great design and a failed install.
Once the project is complete, we capture a full post-install record — field photographs, 360° walk-throughs, and indexed project files — so your firm has a permanent archive of every project we've touched together.
